Waukee home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Waukee rose by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $246,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Waukee in the fourth quarter of 2018.
