Van Meter home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Van Meter rose by $94,100 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 53.8% increase over the $174,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Van Meter in the fourth quarter of 2018.
