Saylorville home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Saylorville fell by $2,600 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 1.1% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Saylorville in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Saylorville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,978, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
