Perry home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Perry rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 26.6% increase over the $77,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in Perry in 2018.
