Pleasant Hill home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Pleasant Hill rose by $12,950 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,950 - a 6.4% increase over the $201,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in October 2018.
