Redfield home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Redfield fell by $47,900 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 51.6% decrease over the $92,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Redfield in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Redfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,206, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
