Perry home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Perry fell by $52,400 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 44.6% decrease over the $117,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Perry in November 2018.
