Redfield home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Redfield fell by $99,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $5,750 - a 94.5% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Redfield in October 2018.
