De Soto home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in De Soto rose by $41,400 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,000 - a 30.3% increase over the $136,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in De Soto in October 2018.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,330, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
