Redfield home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Redfield rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Redfield in August 2018.
