Perry home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Perry rose by $46,900 while total sales increased by 114.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,900 - a 74.4% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Perry in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,519, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
