Princeton home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Princeton rose by $103,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,000 - a 47% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Princeton in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Princeton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,620, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
