Alburnett home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Alburnett fell by $138,100 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,900 - a 75.5% decrease over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Alburnett in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Alburnett for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,387, approximately 5.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
