Peosta home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Peosta fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 12% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Peosta in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Peosta for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,110, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
