Worthington home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Worthington fell by $46,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,250 - a 38.9% decrease over the $118,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Worthington in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,578, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
