Park View home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Park View rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,500 - a 13.8% increase over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Park View in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
