Tiffin home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Tiffin fell by $18,250 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,500 - a 8.2% decrease over the $223,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Tiffin in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Tiffin for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,427, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
