Peosta home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Peosta rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,750 - a 11.4% increase over the $224,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Peosta in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Peosta for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,110, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
