Lisbon home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Lisbon fell by $50,550 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,450 - a 34.4% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lisbon in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
