Robins home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Robins fell by $137,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 42.5% decrease over the $322,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Robins in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
