Springville home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Springville fell by $94,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 32.9% decrease over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Springville in January 2019, as well.
