Robins home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Robins fell by $78,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,000 - a 19.8% decrease over the $394,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Robins in December 2018, as well.
