Mount Vernon home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Mount Vernon fell by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 20.8% decrease over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Vernon in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Mount Vernon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,654, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
