Palo home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Palo rose by $123,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 90.8% increase over the $136,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Palo in November 2018.
