Fairfax home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Fairfax rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,450 - a 6.6% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fairfax in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Fairfax for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,172, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
