Robins home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Robins rose by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 32.7% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Robins in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
