Springville home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Springville rose by $152,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 114.3% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Springville in August 2018, as well.
