Mount Vernon home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Mount Vernon rose by $10,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,750 - a 6.5% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mount Vernon in July 2018.
