Dubuque home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Dubuque rose by $2,950 while total sales increased by 1.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,450 - a 2.1% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Dubuque in November 2018.
