North Liberty home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in North Liberty rose by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 25% increase over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in North Liberty in November 2018.
