Iowa City home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Iowa City rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 23% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Iowa City in November 2018.
