University Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in University Heights fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 13.5% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in University Heights in August 2018.
