Center Point home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Center Point rose by $59,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,000 - a 36.4% increase over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Center Point in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
