Asbury home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Asbury rose by $17,100 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $277,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Asbury in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Asbury for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,108, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
