Asbury home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Asbury rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Asbury in January 2019.
