Hiawatha home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Hiawatha fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $106,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hiawatha in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Hiawatha for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,889, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
