Lisbon home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Lisbon fell by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 53.9% decrease over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lisbon in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
