Windsor Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Windsor Heights fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 48.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $194,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
