Farley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Farley rose by $36,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,250 - a 25.7% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Farley in the first quarter of 2019, as well.
