Perry home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Perry rose by $29,024 while total sales decreased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,750 - a 33.5% increase over the $86,726 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Perry in the first quarter of 2019.
