Park View home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Park View fell by $2,450 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $227,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Park View in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
