Le Claire home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Le Claire rose by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 86.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,500 - a 35.8% increase over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Le Claire in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Le Claire for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,374, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
