Riverdale home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Riverdale fell by $9,700 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $249,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Riverdale in 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,294, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for 2019.
