North Liberty home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in North Liberty fell by $24,992 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $239,992 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in North Liberty in April 2019.
