University Heights home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in University Heights rose by $116,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,000 - a 50.9% increase over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in University Heights in April 2019.
