Robins home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Robins rose by $231,575 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,075 - a 111.6% increase over the $207,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Robins in April 2019.
