Eldridge home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Eldridge fell by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,500 - a 16.7% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Eldridge in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Eldridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,404, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
