Marion home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Marion fell by $16,050 while total sales decreased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,950 - a 10.2% decrease over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Marion in May 2019.
