Lisbon home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Lisbon rose by $74,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 34.3% increase over the $216,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lisbon in May 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
