North Liberty home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in North Liberty fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 5.1% decrease over the $215,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in North Liberty in June 2019.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
